David Rogers, who is widely known as DJ Meech is a Music Producer/ Deejay/ Recording engineer who refers to himself as simply "a lover of music in general". Growing up in the city of Chicago Il, young Dj Meech was immersed in the music of various cultures from a very young age. Very early on, his parents realized he had the amazing skill to pick up any instrument and with very little instruction teach himself to play it in a short amount of time. One instrument that enamored him in particular was the turntable. After completely ruining countless LPs from his parents collection and the needle on the family's old record player, at the age of 14 he saved his lunch money for a full year to buy his first set of used Technics 1200s and immediately set out on the journey to becoming a producer and DJ. After a full 18 years of honing his craft Dj Meech has become a prominent producer, mix engineer and Dj mixing records for labels like Universal Records and Cash Money as well as many successful independent artists and labels. He has also had his work featured on numerous television shows and video games like Cartoon Network, Fox, Jimmy Kimmel, E! News, Rockstar Games and more.
